Personally, I have found that sticking with the Atkins diet and counting calories works best for me but I have had a difficult time on my own determining other sources of protein that I will actually consume as I’m a picky eater. {holy run-on sentence}
Atkin’s follower here as well. Feel best when i have protein at EVERY meal. Eggs can be quite varied.
